2 Stadiums in Vietnam that Will Host the MSIG Serenity Cup™

For football enthusiasts, the AFF Championship is certainly a well-known tournament. Especially, in 2025, Indonesia has the honor of hosting the AFF U-23 Championship. But did you know that the AFF isn’t just about men’s football? This year, a women’s tournament will also be held, called the 2025 MSIG Serenity Cup™.

A Brief Overview of the 2025 MSIG Serenity Cup™

2025 MSIG Serenity Cup™ is the official name of the ASEAN Women’s Championship in 2025. The Championship has been held since 2004 and is attended by countries across the ASEAN region, including Australia, which is now a member of the AFF.

The 2025 edition marks the 13th ASEAN Women’s Championship, and it was officially announced that the tournament has been rebranded as the 2025 MSIG Serenity Cup™. This rebranding comes as MSIG Insurance steps in as the ASEAN Women's Championship title partner. It was announced in March 2025.

This change is both special and historic, as MSIG is the first title partner for the ASEAN Women’s Championship. This means that it’s the first time this tournament includes a title partner in its official name, following the lead of three other ASEAN United FC competitions that already use title partners: the ASEAN Championship, ASEAN U-23 Championship, and ASEAN Club Championship. Having a title partner in this tournament highlights the growing popularity of women’s football and reflects support to inspire female athletes to compete with even greater passion.
