This insurance provides coverage to the insured for bodily injury resulting from external events, excluding any physical conditions arising from poisoning, anesthesia, sunstroke, heat stroke, or psychological disorders. Indemnification is subject to the terms and conditions of the policy.
The Insured dies, as a direct result of the injury, within 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of the accident or;
Has been missing for and not be found within at least 60 (sixty) days from the date of the accident (which further will be deemed had died).
Sequela, condition of the insured having lost part of his body or suffering a permanent serious impediment in the function thereof, as a direct result of the injury within one hundred and eighty days from the date of the accident, the insurer shall pay to the insured as a sequela benefit such amount as may be obtained by multiplying the amount insured by the ratio described in each item of the attached table I.
If, as a direct of the injury described in Article 1. the Insured’s function of life or his ability to attend to business is lost or diminished, necessitating him to be under medical treatment, the Insurer shall pay to the Insured the Medical Expense(s) reasonable and necessary for remedy the injury within the amount stated in the Schedule of this Policy in respect of any one accident.
Payment of medical expenses benefit described in the preceding paragraph shall be limited to such cost(s) as enumerated hereunder which incurred within 180 (one hundred and eighty) calendar days from such Injury:
Doctor’s fee for examination(s) including X-ray examination), surgical treatment(s) and/or operation;
Drugs and medicines prescribed by the doctor;
Dressing, ordinary splints and/or plaster casts prescribed by the doctor;
Fee for professional nurse(s) prescribed by the doctor;
Charges for ambulance to hospital or clinic, but excluding ordinary and not emergent transport charges to hospital or clinic;
Charges for hospitalization such as room charge of hospital or clinic, but excluding any ordinary costs like foodstuffs during the hospitalization;
Expense incurred to move the Insured to another hospital or clinic by reason of unavailability of specialist or of difficulty in receiving appropriate treatment at the hospital or the clinic in which the Insured in confined, including expense incurred for attendance, if necessary, of a doctor of medicine or professional nurse to afford treatment during the transportation.
The Insurer shall not pay the claim for an injury resulting from any of the following causes or accidents either direct or indirect:
willful act or gross negligence of the person effecting the insurance or the Insured;
willful act or gross negligence of a person who is entitled to receive the benefit under this Policy, provided that in case he is entitled to receive a part of the death benefit, this shall not apply as to the amount which any other person is entitled to receive;
the Insured’s act of fighting, committing or attempting suicide, or committing a crime;
brain complaint, disease, mental disorder or drunkenness of the Insured;
pregnancy, childbirth, miscarriage, surgical operation or other medical treatment on the Insured; however, this shall not apply as to a treatment for the purpose of curing any injury covered by the Insurer;
accident arising while the Insured is under the execution of a sentence, detention or imprisonment;
earthquake, volcanic eruption or tidal wave;
war, military act of foreign nations, revolution, insurrection, civil war, armed rebellion and other disturbance or riot similar thereto (i.e. state of affairs in which the national or local tranquility is disturbed by a collective action of a group or groups of persons, and a serious situation in maintaining peace and order is deemed to exist), terrorism.
illegal control (including all attempts thereat) of aircraft or vessel for the purpose of attempting or carrying out, and as a means of, disturbance or riot described in the preceding item;
nuclear radiation or radioactive contamination;
radioactivity, explosive nature, or other harmful nature, or any accident attributable thereto, of nuclear fuel materials (including used fuel; hereinafter the same) or things (including products of nuclear fission) contaminated by nuclear fuel materials;
Accident incidental to any of the accidents described in the preceding 5 items.
The Insurer shall not pay the claim for any contagious disease (i.e. rose, inflammation of a lymphatic gland, septicaemia, tetanus, etc.) resulting from such minor wound as not impeding the daily life or usual business.
The Insurer shall not pay the claim for an injury which the Insured sustains during the following period unless the person effecting the insurance has duly paid the corresponding premium as fixed by the Insurer for the following actions:
while the Insured is taking the exercise stipulated in item 1 of the attached Table II;
while the Insured is engaging in a game or training therefor stipulated in item 2 of the attached Table II; however, this shall not apply in case the Insured is under sixteen years of age at the time of entering into this Contract;
while the Insured is engaging in a game, racing, trial run or performance (including training therefor) by automobile, motorbike, etc. in a place other than the road as specified in the Road Traffic Law;
While the Insured is piloting an aircraft which is not in use for regular or irregular air transport business.
Premium Payment:
As the Insurer shall be deemed to have received premium payment, at the time of the relevant premium has already been deposited to the Insurer's bank account or any other means agreed upon between the Insurer and the Insured, then there is no premium payment grace period shall be applicable for online transaction where premium payment by customer is mandatory requirement before insurance coverage is activated.
Premium payment method: Lump-sum payment.
Coverage Period: 1 Month, 3 Months and 6 Months.
The premium currency is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Claim Submission Procedures and Requirements
If a beneficiary under this Policy wishes to receive payment, they must submit the following documents to the Insurer along with the claim letter and the Policy:
A report on the injury condition in a form provided by the Insurer;
In case of a death claim, a death certificate or a coroner's report;
In case of a death claim, a copy of the Beneficiary's identification if not previously designated;
In case of a "sequela" benefit or medical benefit claim, a medical certificate indicating the severity of the injury;
Other documents requested by the Insurer that are:
a) Relevant to the coverage; and
b) Reasonable in the process of resolving Claim Settlement Procedures and Payments.

The payment of premium can only be made through the payment channels we have provided.
The currency we use is Rupiah (IDR).
Pursuant to the applicable law, we are fully entitled to restrict, block or terminate services of a User's account, prohibit access to the content and services, and take legal steps to maintain other Users, if we consider that the User violates the applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights of the relevant parties, or commit an offense that constitutes violation under these Terms and Conditions.
The User understands that the User's content (except credit card information) can be transferred without being unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
The User agrees not to produce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Services, use of the Services, or access to the Services without express written consent of PT. Asuransi MSIG Indonesia

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the User is at least 17 years or older.
The User may not use the Services and our products for illegal or invalid purposes. Any international User is automatically deemed to have agreed to comply with the applicable law in Indonesia regarding acceptable online activities and content. If the User is found to have engaged in any illegal use or misuse of our Services, PT. Asuransi MSIG Indonesia will suspend the User's account.
Any violation of one of the Requirements as specified in these Terms and Conditions will result in the immediate termination of Services for the User.
We endeavor to continue our best to provide information and Services to ensure they are optimal, so the User feel comfortable and safe, but we cannot guarantee that the information provided on the Services are fully accurate, complete, and updated.
The materials on the Service are provided only as general information and should not be relied upon or used as the only basis for making significant decisions without consulting with other sources of more accurate, complete, and updated information.
We have the right to change the content of the Services at any time without prior notice to the User.
The User agrees that any consequences arising from reliance upon this material on the Services are borne by the User. The User is obliged to monitor changes to the Services.
To access the Services, the User must be at least 18 years old. Access to and use of the Services are governed by our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Using the Website, the User agrees to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If the User does not agree to comply with the regulations, the User is not allowed to access or use the content or Services provided by Msigonline.co.id.
We have at any time the right to display, modify, delete, edit, remove, or change any data, content, materials, features or information displayed on the Services without prior notice. The User is responsible for checking these Terms and Conditions pages periodically to see any changes. The User's continued use of or access to the Services following changes is a form of acceptance of the changes.
After the User signs up as a registered User of our Services, we can use the data of the User for the following purposes:
to contact the User to verify the personal data provided, or to request the required additional information
to send information about products and services that the User may find interesting
PT. Asuransi MSIG Indonesia gives the User freedom to use the Services in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
PT. Asuransi MSIG Indonesia is not responsible for the wrong data the User enters, which results in the User's inability to make a claim.
PT. Asuransi MSIG Indonesia does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free.
PT. Asuransi MSIG Indonesia does not guarantee that the result that from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable.
PT. Asuransi MSIG Indonesia may at any time remove or cancel the Services for an undetermined time without prior notice.
The following uses are prohibited:
Any use or attempted use of the Services (i) for purposes which are unlawful, unauthorized, fraudulent or other malicious intentions more, or (ii) that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair any server, or network(s) connected to any server, or (iii) to interrupt other party's use and satisfaction gained from using the Services, or (iv) to gain access to an unauthorized account, computer system or network sharing which is connected to the server or systems through hacking, stealing passwords or other means, or (v) to access the system, data or information that is not intended by its owner to be accessed by the User, or (vi) to in any manner obtain materials or information not intended by the owner to be given, or (vii) for any other uses other than for the benefit of businesses that become the purpose of the Services.
In addition, in connection with the User's use of the Services, the User agrees not to:
Upload or send any messages, information, data, text, software or images, or other contents (the "Contents") that are unlawful, harmful, threatening, offensive, harassing, injurious, libelous, abusive, obscene, defamatory, or other matters that are not acceptable, or that might violate the rights, privacy or publicity of others.
Upload or insert files that contain viruses, worms, or corrupt files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of the computer or property of others;
Use the communication features of the Services in a way that negatively impacts the availability of its resources to other users (e.g., excessive comment, use of capital letters, or continuously flood with repetitive posts and texts);
Violate any applicable laws, whether local, regional, national or international laws;
Manipulate or display the Services using the technique of framing, mirroring or similar navigational technology or create direct links to any part of the Services in addition to the main page, www.msigonline.co.id, in accordance with limited permissions and access to the Website as described above;
We are very concerned about the User's security and convenience when using the Services. Therefore, we have a security system to provide assurance to the User that the User's activities and information are secure.
When the User uses a public computer, the User must always log out/sign out after completing the activity.
The User must make sure the user ID and password / PIN of the User's account are not known by anyone, in order to avoid the misuse by others.
When we ask the User to provide data, including personal data, the User is solely responsible for any information that the User provides to us. The User is required to provide information truthfully.
The User is solely responsible for their behavior while using the Services. The User agrees that the Services are only intended for lawful purposes and in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
The User is expected to:
Maintain the confidentiality of the password that the User has created.
Restrict access to the User's computer or mobile device.
Agree to accept full responsibility for all activities on the User's account.
Mandatorily inform us if there is a security breach or misuse of the User's account.
The Services may contain links to Websites operated by parties other than Msigonline.co.id. The User hereby acknowledges and agrees that the act is based on the User's personal responsibility. The User that enters another Website is beyond our control and responsibility.
The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Thereby, the User agrees and undertakes to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.
If there is a provision that is unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable to the extent that it is permitted by the applicable law, and it will not affect the validity and enforceability of other provisions.
